This is an amazing DVD. I have been intimidated by yoga and yoga classes as I am not flexible or strong. The DVD is a great value for the money as I am encouraged by the instructor. She also demonstrates the poses, talks about modifications (which I need) and props (which I also need). I love it.

I'm 67 years old, and one of those people who has NEVER been that flexible. I'm beginning to see the results of just a few of the videos. I can do yoga anytime during the day, and don't have to wait for a class. Aside from the physical benefits, that is what I like most about the videos. Also, Cat is a wonderful instructor, and it wouldn't be the same without her!

I have looked for years to find good yoga videos; they were always too complicated or too advanced. But these videos are perfect for everyone! The introduction Is gentle and inspiring and there is never any pressure to do more than you feel able. I look forward to yoga every day now in the peace and quiet of my own home.

I have tried a few segments of the gentle yoga. So far I love the program so far. The instructor of the low back and spine series is fantastic. She speaks clearly and in so much detail while moving you right through the poses. She moves at a steady pace yet not moving along so fast that you miss the subtle details and adjustments in each pose. Just great! I have had back issues and somber after, just two sessions I feel a release happening in my back. The 30 or 40 minutes goes by very quickly. I love it, I do it in my bedroom, I don't have to drive to a class. The poses don't tie me up in knots.

Beautifully done, we have enjoyed it very much. The practice is amazing, and the effect is as much a meditation as it is physical training. The setting, music and image quality is fantastic and your teacher is so easy to follow and encouraging. We recommend this very highly for everyone.

I really like the Gentle Yoga program. I have done three of the seven video, each one emphasizing a different area. Thanks for offering these at a lower price. The convenience of being able to do them, at home or away, is really a plus.

Hi, I like Gentle Yoga a lot. I used to do yoga years ago so I understood the underlying concept and the greater flexibility that yoga brings. But now I have considerable osteoarthritis. I was afraid to go to a class for fear I would be overchallenged but Gentle Yoga starts with the very simplest moves and allows me to go at my own pace. I truly think improving balance and strengthening all muscles gently but consistently is a smart move for anyone with arthritis, so thanks for providing a program that works for me.
