I am 78 years old and have been teaching yoga for over 30 years. I lived and taught in Portugal most of that time, but am now living in a retirement community outside Washington DC. Here I am now teaching gentle yoga, as well as chair yoga. My students love the classes! Your videos have been a guide, an inspiration and a great support. They are easy to watch and extremely clear. I resonate completely with the teacher's easy, inclusive, and warm style, which transmit what I believe is the essence of yoga. I am deeply grateful!

I love these videos. I feel so much better after doing the practices. I had gotten away from exercise since my Curves closed. Now I have a new replacement that I can do from home. Thanks You!!

I think both the gentle and flow videos are great. However, they are really too slow for where I am at my yoga practice. I think something along those lines needs to be mentioned in the description. Definitely for beginners, and it's done very well for beginners. I find I start with what's being shown, and then go off on a tangent to increase the workout.....which works. I guess I'm saying that it would be wonderful if you could get some more challenging videos going....more for the intermediate level. That would be awesome. Also the flow videos aren't like the flow courses I've taken, where one pose moves into the next at a reasonable rate. Once again, too slow for intermediate. I thought the flow videos would be more like Sun Salutations, etc. The flow videos are definitely a better workout than the gentle yoga, but I go off on my tangents, once again, to bump up the poses and get more strength into my sessions. Gentle videos are FABULOUS for spot areas, like when the neck is stiff, or the hips, etc. Great for specific areas. All in all, I'm enjoying the videos and will continue using them. Thank you!!

The videos are great, I have purchases both online and DVD's, I even purchases a set for my sister. The pace is great, calm setting, easy to follow. Cat offers both gentle options for those with less mobility but also offers that extra push for those more flexible. I love that the videos are broken down by areas of the body. Excellent value, very well done. My only concern is sometimes Cat can get extra chatty so you are in hold mode until she finishes her thought and moves on. This is easiest to understand/accept when first starting but by the second or third attempt then the chattiness can be a bit frustrating

The Gentle Yoga series is just what I was looking for! I checked out other videos online, but they just didn't seem to fit the 67 year old that is me, but once I saw the introduction video of the Gentle Yoga series on Sixty and Me, I immediately knew I had found something very special that was perfect for me. Bali provides a beautiful and relaxing retreat while instructor Cat Kabira with her warm energy gently guides you through each class at a pace that is easy to follow and understand. I very highly recommend this series.

I retired four years ago and started out with such ambition of what I could do - expand my photography, walking, maybe even travel. But my aches, pains and stiffness made me feel as though I'd left it too late. I'd toyed with the idea of going to a yoga class, but was afraid that my age and lack of flexibility would make be feel out of place. Someone suggested looking online... One of the first sites I came across in my search was Sixty & Me - Gentle Yoga. I watched the Introduction to see what it was all about - and was hooked! Since then, after subscribing to the Gentle Yoga Video Series, I've been following one of the eight daily practices each day and have to say it's made a huge difference. Not just to my general health, but to my whole outlook on life. The lady leading each practice makes it seem very friendly, even though it's only me, my mat and my tv set. At the end of each session I feel relaxed, inspired and upbeat. So, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Gentle Yoga Video Series to anyone that's hesitating!

Thank you so much for producing these awesome yoga videos for those of us with a little more wear on the body - LOL. I have been practicing for about 3 weeks now and love the slower pace and detailed instruction. I look forward to my practice everyday and I can already see change/improvement/flexibility.
