I feel like this series is for first time yogis. I have some experience practicing yoga. I have had some surgery recently and was hoping for a variety of less rigorous moves/practices. But there is so much talking /narrative that I believe it takes away some of the effectiveness for me. I wish that there were some of segments just going through the practice without so much extraneous talking. Beckie

This has been a wonderful discovery for me. I look forward to each session. If I have a stiff or achy area I do the session that focuses on that area. The flow session is a good compilation of them all. I am going to try to learn some of the moves by heart so I can do postures at will. Overall, this practice is helping my posture and my energy. I am very happy with it and have been recommending it to my friends

I love the videos. Very professional, but with love, knowledge, and care. A quality product high value for money.

I love these videos, and I have been doing yoga for a number of years on and off and these are the best yoga videos I have seen. They are so detailed for all areas of the body. It is paced slowly so it's easy to absorb and Cat has a positive, supportive and caring manner. all good.

At 66, I'm a newcomer to yoga and although I'm pretty stiff, I'm really enjoying these videos. Cat is charming and positive, demonstrating and explaining clearly every step of the way. I am finding the control of breathing quite challenging and don't, as yet, fully understand the notion of 'breathing into' various parts of the body, but I'm sure this will come with time and practice. And there are some muscle groups that are, again as yet, tricky to find. But this is a journey I'm determined to stick with. Thank you, Cat x

The instructor is very sensitive to an over 60 woman's abilities and speed if movement.
