I am enjoying this series; the instructor has experience with older beginners, and the pace she gives for the teachings is just right. The session on joints was especially helpfully today after a session of quilting at my sewing machine.

I'm loving the online Gentle Yoga Series. I follow along in front of my smart TV. I especially like the fact that Cat shows several different ways to perform the moves for people with different health challenges. I like to follow along first thing in the morning. I've tried following along on several "beginner" yoga videos online and haven't been able to keep up. It seems to me they are all geared for people who are already very flexible. Cat goes slow enough for me to follow along. I'm proud of myself for taking time just for me. Thank you so much for making these videos for my generation! I'll be 68 this Saturday! Happy Birthday to Me!

Wow! I love these DVD's and what I am getting from them. I bought the program a few weeks ago because of chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and back and am loving Cat's gentle and multifaceted approach to the body. I am learning more than Yoga and appreciate the wisdom I am gleaning and using in all areas of my life. I am in my seventies and find this to be a perfect program for me. Thank you for making this available. I'm so glad I found it. I love Cat so much that I bought another of her programs, even though I'm not yet ready for all of it and am still enjoying using the original one I got. Thanks again!

I really appreciate this gentle yoga series. I have completed the series once and am using single episodes as needed. Since the sessions are divided by areas of the body it is nice to do the shoulder and neck series when I am feeling pain and stiffness in my shoulders. The advice to do what is good and healthy for you is excellent. The sessions are relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I am filled with peace and a sense of well-being at the end of the session. This will be a series I use often and is well worth the investment of time and money.

I really enjoy the yoga flow series. I find it a great start to the day. Cat manages to warm up the entire body, you end up feeling fresh and ready to take on the day. I would like to see a second flow series at a more difficult level.

I am very happy with Gentle Yoga. It was exactly what I was looking for. (I'm 67.) The teacher is great. You can tell she is knowledgable and experienced. She is easy to follow as well as enjoyable. She also has a really cute way about her. I prefer doing yoga from home as opposed to going to classes somewhere so I can do it anytime and at my own pace. (And I have the discipline to do it regularly.) I like that I can focus on one area at a time, such as my neck and shoulders or my joints or I can do the overall flow. I have dabbled with yoga over the years, a few times. This time, the time is right to make it a steady, regular practice. I am so ready and every time I do it, I feel a wonderful sense of calm and being at peace as well as "together" physically. I feel that the trials and tribulations of life tense our bodies (as well as our minds and emotions) and yoga produces release. Fabulous!
