This is the best yoga video I have ever tried. I absolutely love it. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Didn't think I could do yoga because of my age and arthritis, but seeing how the poses can be adjusted, made all the difference. Highly recommend.

Attention to breath Great verbal instructions so you don't have to always look at video. I feel different after each sequence. Great voice Would definitely pay for more series to have variety. Price point is what made me trust to buy.

Great Product for seniors, I have a group of Ladies that get together and we do the chair yoga which is fantastic for the ones who have trouble standing too long. I have looked a long time to find a product that will work for an older person who cannot do the normal yoga or exercise, Thank you for having something that we can still do at an older age.

I saw this advertisement on my Facebook page. I'm actually just 55 years old, but the description of what this series could help....like the joint and muscle stiffness..... sounded just like me, and I have been worrying lately about what shape I will be in in 10 years. I received the DVDs about 3 weeks ago. I am so impressed with them. I have done gentle type yoga videos for years off and on but had lost my motivation over the last 5 years or so due to some life events and had gotten very stiff despite chiropractic and massage treatment. The main difference to me in these videos versus others I have done in the past is that this teacher actually holds the stretch long enough to do something. It is not rushed at all. The teacher talks to you while you hold a stretch and you take time to really feel and get to know your body and how it responds to movement. I have never really understood what that meant until now. I do actually feel that I am connecting with my body as I breathe and move. I used to just roll my eyes inside when they would say this sort of thing. It is simple things with a little twist. For example, it might be an arm position or a neck position you have done before but with a little different angle and slowly getting there and holding it, and this changes everything. My favorite is the joint workout for the ankles, knees, hips, wrists, and elbows, as well as the shoulder and neck stretches. My joints just crack and crack when I first start and then get quiet. At the end when you do the final relaxation after each practice, it actually plays music for about 10 or 15 minutes and gives you a beautiful live, moving scene of water and palm trees with a gentle breeze to look at instead of just telling you to lie there as long as you want and it ending. My chiropractor had given me stretches to do, and I would do them some, but it was so boring, and it was hard to make myself do them. With this video, it is like someone is in the room with you and doing them with you, so it's not boring to just hold a position because she talks to you while you're doing it. It makes it possible to do them long enough to do them correctly and get it right. I actually look forward to this each day because it is very easy but sooo effective. I have found myself doing a few of them in the bed right after I wake up, and I feel happier. I feel as though my body is waking up!....and this is after 3 weeks. I now feel that there is hope for feeling younger again. Who knew that just doing a few things differently with your feet and knees could make such a difference. I now find myself doing the stretches throughout the day. My spine is moving and making popping noises again like it used to when I was younger. I feel that my neck and shoulder muscles are lengthening and relaxing and getting longer, and my lower back is already more flexible. I am finding it easier to stand up from the floor with my grandchildren because my legs and back feel stronger. Basically, this workout series has given me hope that I'm not going to get stiffer and stiffer and just die. I now feel that I have the tools to be able to stay active as I age.
