I LOVE the Gentle Yoga DVDs! I really like the way they emphasize various parts of the body. Body areas are broke down into individual segments so it's easy to just do that part of the DVD. For instance, my neck and shoulders stopped hurting after doing the yoga poses for that area. The instruction is perfect for older bodies. She suggests alternatives if a pose is too difficult. The Bali location is gorgeous. I'm so glad I ordered the set.

I am finally starting to use the video series after surgery. Am loving the gentleness, clarity and awareness of the teachings. My body feels grateful that I am paying attention. I look forward to doing this regularly. Thank you very much!! Definitely recommend it.

After hurting my back in 2013 I've had pain and gradually gained a lot of weight after receiving gentle yoga I am walking at least 2 miles a day have started to lose a little weight. This video is easy to maneuver through if you need work on one area more than another. I have another yoga video that I tried and decided it would cripple me rather than help. I think for me starting slow and easy is helping my back and I love this format. Well worth the money.

The gentle yoga video series is excellent. After just a few days I noticed that my posture had improved, and my "bum" shoulder was experiencing no pain for the first time in decades. The gentle yoga program was the only program I could find that was suitable for my age and flexibility. I have arthritis in my spine which has been aggravated a little bit, but I am anxious to get back to the routines as soon as my back is also pain free. Finally I hesitate to tell you because you may raise your prices, but I can't believe the low cost for these programs. In short, I honestly couldn't be any happier than I am with gentle yoga. Thank you.

Love this yoga series. It's gentle, yet effective and very easy to follow. Love Kat, the teacher. Love her voice. This is the first yoga series I have had that I can actually keep up with and enjoy doing daily. Makes you feel good all over!!!!

So far, I've listened to the introduction and did the yoga on the joints section. I like that you have the option of doing the yoga standing or sitting. After shoulder, knee and back injuries within the past 9 months, I was concerned about starting out in a standing position, but I did well. I did sit at times, just to experiment, and I felt that it would be easy for anyone to adjust based upon their own level of flexibility. Explanation and demonstration of each exercise was very good. I thought that the Introduction was a bit lengthy, but that's just my opinion. The price was very reasonable, and in comparison to other DVDs of this type available at big box or retail stores, I feel that this series is more professional, and of better quality. The reason for the 4 stars at this time is because I have only viewed the two portions. But, if the rest of the DVD set is on par with these two sections, I feel it would be accurate to give 5 stars. Thanks!

I enjoyed this gentle yoga course, am going to try it more often. The video was beautiful and the instructor gave sage advice as well as the yoga instruction. It works for me as I am trying to get up to speed with regular yoga classes, but being older the 'hot yoga' and the length of the classes do scare me. This worked out great for me, I am thinking of inviting my neighbors in to try it with me!

I'm enjoying this Yoga series very much. It's very calming and restorative. When I want to increase my flexibility and just relax and rejuvenate, that's the perfect time to do one of these practices. One day, using the neck/shoulders video, my neck (which has considerable arthritis) cracked and popped like crazy!!! Really felt different following that stretch! No pain, but it felt like what I imagine a chiropractor might do to me! :-) I highly recommend these videos for flexibility and restoration. Don't expect to sweat! Margaret, I would love to have a Vinyasa Yoga video that you might produce! I'm not quite ready to ONLY participate in these slow practices and would like to have one that is challenging. Do you have any? Thanks! Patty
