This is the first yoga program I have tried that doesn't try to turn me into a pretzel. I have a back issues and I am very stiff and inflexible and this program makes me more limber and my life less painful. Cat is great at explaining each move and gives alternatives for people who need to do less and those that can do more. The different lessons cover different parts of the body and once you are familiar with the system you can pick and choose what you want to do on a given day, putting a routine together that works for you. I really enjoy doing yoga now.

I am very impressed with these videos. I have been doing yoga over 25 years and was quite advanced at one point. A series of old injuries and new ones took me down a different path for a couple of years and I needed something gentle (and interesting) to start my yoga again. This is it. Thank you. As far as features or format, quality, value or comparison with other dvds, yours meets all standards and is much better than most. I have already recommended Gentle Yoga to friends. I am delighted with my new program.

Absolutely love this yoga series, as does my husband, who decided to join in, and is now as keen as I am! Both in our seventies (husband is eighty next year), and feeling the benefits already, after only a few weeks. All poses and stretches absolutely do-able, and we really feel energised and loose after every session. Not feeling pressured to 'get it right' is encouraging too, and we really feel comfortable about increasing our levels of proficiency at our own pace. For those, like ourselves, who just want the yoga without the Buddhism, this is perfect! (I had previously gone to a local yoga class, and it seemed that the emphasis was more on the religious aspect than on the physical). Thank you, thank you! Two very happy students!

I have found several of the videos excellent and that is because the presentation is clear and done at a completely easy to follow manner. I have a very bad back and am unable to get on the floor or even do some of the exercises on the bed so now I am wishing I had chosen the chair program. Maybe at another time. I started with great enthusiasm and will go back and cull which best suits me.

I am new to yoga. As a sixty-something I am happy with my purchase. I am already feeling the benefits of doing this everyday. The pace is great. I appreciate that at the beginning I am told what to have ready for supplies so that I can continue uninterrupted. I took one yoga class before I purchased these videos. I like that each session concentrates on one area of the body. What a safe, and beautiful way to start my day! Thank you.

What an excellent video series! I was so reluctant to get this because I am so out of shape due to illness and surgeries. What I found was a video that was so easy to follow, and easy to practice. Margaret is great at explaining how yoga benefits the body, and her instructions and details on how to practice yoga is amazing. If you are unable to do a pose, she gives you alternate ways in which to do it that will give you the same results, and will improve flexibility. I would recommend this to anyone, not only seniors, but people just starting on their health journey.
