I am unable to review the yoga videos as I have not received them yet. Apparently they were shipped on Feb. 7. It is now March 10 and no videos. Please refund my money. Thank you, Leanne Albers

I am also doing a group yoga class. I find these much easier to do especially for my age.

I really appreciate these videos. They are indeed gentle. The instructions with visual makes it very easy to accomplish the moves. There is attention to the needs of different people and when not to stress yourself. It gives you permission to not do something when you aren't ready. Overall very good. Also appreciated that these videos focus on the movements and have no spiritual component - the reason why some people avoid yoga. Lastly I think the price point was very good.

Really enjoy the program. After an incident on ice last winter, I injured my lower back and have been unable to be as active because of it. This program really helped me reconnect with my body and as days go by, I am more and more flexible, feel much better, have more energy and have a better overall feeling. It is great, I highly recommend it.

I think these are definitely great for a beginner in yoga. I have done yoga many years ago and this has helped me get back into yoga. I am requesting more in terms of an actual workout routines. Please advise if available. Thank you, Celia

Just love these videos! So glad I took the plunge and purchased them. I've always wanted to try yoga but was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do the poses. These sessions involve super gentle stretches but they still make a huge difference. I feel much more flexible and have less of my 'usual' aches and pains. I have degenerative disc disease and have had neck surgery but these poses and stretches help a lot with the discomfort I still get. So glad to have found them!

This series is just what I was looking for. Arthritis pain has made many other yoga videos too painful, except for chair yoga. The best part is the encouragement and acceptance of modifying the poses, and practical tips of doing that, including the use of props. The other thing I like is that each pose is done just enough times to benefit, but not become painful. The time of rest at the end, with the calming outdoor sounds, is a great reward!
