My husband and I are both in our early 60's. He is a salesman and drives most of the day, every day. I'm a hairstylist and am standing all day. We both have areas on our bodies that are suffering from repetitive motions. I was apprehensive that my husband wouldn't do this with me or that he would do one session and say it wasn't for him. To my surprise, he is the one ready to go with this when I get home from work. We both think we sleep better after a session. We also noticed that we could feel the blood flowing more in whatever area we were working in that session. I like the neck and shoulders session to open up my shoulders area after a long day at work. I would recommend these DVD's to anyone wanting to feel calmer and maintain or regain their flexibility.

The location is beautiful, the teacher is very knowledgeable, but I was expecting a series of gentle routines to follow. I am disappointed because it is so slow. This may be okay for senior who are maybe older than I am---67--but I wanted something between the gung-ho exercise programs that are almost like boot camp and this too gentle yoga program. It did teach me the basics of some of the poses however, so I give it a 3 1/2, rounded up to 4. So---It is very gentle and basic with a beautiful background. It just isn't what I was looking for (and a little expensive).

The instructor and the instruction is perfect for me! I appreciate the instructor's very clear diction and understanding of what gentle yoga really means. She is delightful! I was not at all sore from my very first lesson...only invigorated. I enjoy the peaceful scenery. I truly feel relaxed when done, and I look forward to getting more limber each day. I am in my mid-60's and had not been physically active for a while. Shame on me, but I did get smart and order Gentle Yoga.

I have been in search for a yoga program I could actually do and not feel defeated, overly challenged or in pain! I love this yoga program and the instructor as well! She is fantastic and explains everything so well. Her Bali location is amazing and I would love to go there sometime - does she do retreats? I recommended this program to several friends, Thank you for taking the time to create a yoga program for us !!

Just what I was looking for ...... this is my first time in 63 yrs that I have done yoga and these classes are just what I wanted. I love every stage and they are the perfect speed for me

I am loving the Gentle Yoga Video Series! And it's because of the instructor. Cat is able to verbally describe so well each movement in all of the yoga exercises. She well describes what each movement is accomplishing & the most seemingly simple movement is accomplishing something. I have gone to yoga classes at our fitness center & have found them to be too advanced for me at 69 yrs old. So I was looking for a yoga video that I could follow at home. This series is exactly what I was looking for. It's a fantastic value & I would highly recommend it to all Sixty and Me followers! I am enjoying the videos repeatedly.

Love this series! It feels as though it was designed especially for me! This is my first time to try yoga and now I'm hooked! It is definitely money well spent and something I'll be able to use the rest of my life! Thank you for offering this!

This is just what I needed! So many trainers and exercise programs do not understand the aging body; this program does. Tonight I practiced the Spine session. Fortunately (or unfortunately) I had a backache and after doing this session, there was no more pain. I love that I can do this at home on my own time. Thank you for thinking of the older people who want to get the most out of life without going to a gym or paying a (young) trainer who just does not understand the aging body.
