My husband and I are now in our third week doing the Gentle Yoga, and we love it. Cat is a wonderful teacher. She totally explains every move and offers alternatives, if needed. We highly recommend the series.

I received the video pack a few days ago. Watched the intro today and did the joints 20 minute practice. I found it easy to follow. It was a great session. I feel confident I am going to get a lot out of these practice sessions. I've done yoga before, when I was much, much younger and now I have injuries and operations that have made my body feel a lot stiffer and less "mine". This first session opened up some old pathways for me (the memory my body has) and although I felt a little shaky and unsure at first, after the session I felt just a little bit more "in my body". That's a positive from me. I intend to do one session a day now. Feeling confident it will help with the overall pain and discomfort I seem to feel these days. Looking forward to being more comfortable in my own body. :)

I started this a little half-heartedly but the instructor is lovely, her presentation is perfectly pitched, and paced to allow you to get to grips with the poses. I have tried other yoga videos but found them too long winded, perhaps a bit 'preachy' &, as they are invariably set in rather pristine studios, a little clinical(?) The wonderful setting here helps to set an air of calm & warmth. It is a great deal -after only 2 weeks I am already feeling the benefit both physically & mentally. I am actually enjoying doing this :) & have recommended it to several friends.

I was so excited when my yoga video arrived! I put it aside expecting to enjoy it in a day or two. Then it happened, I slipped on ice and went down, injuring my left leg and both knees. I'm afraid I'm still laid up with pain as my yoga video waits for me to heal. I'm still looking forward to it, but will just have to wait a little longer. Thanks anyway for the opportunity to share!

I have been using the Gentle Yoga series and have been quite pleased with it. I have tried yoga in the past and found the presenters too annoying or the poses too challenging. This series is right up my alley. I like the woman that presents and the poses are great for my level of fitness.

I've practiced yoga over the years and I love the classes that I take, but these CD's are most explanatory. I now know what moves that I must concentrate on more. Sixty and Me has given me a lot of great information. Sincerely

The videos are very well done. The instructor, Kat, seems to "read" your mind as she instructs on proper placement, alignment, and variations of the postures. I feel that after going through the series, I am much better able to continue with the correct practice of yoga.

I am dealing with neck and shoulder problems and appreciated the slow pace and the optional exercises suggested in the videos.
