Loving the Gentle Yoga streaming videos. Do have a problem in South Africa in that we don't always have good reception and speed but I am managing. Used to do Yoga many years ago but am glad to get back to the Gentle Yoga having recently celebrated by 77th birthday.

I have been going to a Pilates class once a week for nearly 10 years (I'm 70) and walk a lot but knew I should be doing more to stay fit and flexible. This series is just right (I am familiar with most of the moves from Pilates); not too difficult or long but I feel stretched and relaxed after doing them. I've done all at least once now and am aiming to do a session 3 or 4 days a week (I have to be realistic and accept I won't do it every day!). My balance is not good so I will do that session regularly and pick others as I feel needed. I really recommend this series to anyone looking for a way to maintain fitness when older.

I'm restarting a yoga practice after five years and this is just the gentle motivator I need as I become reacquainted with my body. Cat, the instructor, has a pleasant voice and a low key manner as she provides needed guidance and reminders. I'm glad I made this purchase and welcome Cat into my home.

I've just started using these videos and have already recommended them to several friends. The pacing is excellent and the teacher makes everything easy to follow. She offers options for ways to adapt the movements which I find helpful. I've tried other yoga videos and classes and this is the best one I've found. I appreciate being able to use it whenever I find the time rather than having to show up for a class somewhere else. It is definitely designed for older adults (I'm 62) and I appreciate that. This series is well worth the small investment. Try it. I think you'll like it!

I love it. Just what I needed to supplement my daily bike and treadmill routines. It is gentle and challenging at the same time. So glad I made this purchase.

Finally, this is the exercise video I have been looking for. I bought at least a dozen videos previous to this that have gathered dust. It is easy to do and I do not worry about any possible injury that could occur while doing the poses. I am looking forward to becoming more flexible and strong.

My husband and I, who are relatively fit 70-year-olds, have been doing Gentle Yoga for nearly a month now, The moves are all easy to do, that is to say, you do them to your own capability, and we both feel we have noticed increased flexibility. One of the best things I can say about the series is that we found it easy to incorporate into our nightly routine, and we never have to push ourselves to go and do it. I definitely look forward to that yoga session each evening. Also, with eight different videos in the series, there is enough variation to keep you from getting bored. I've been especially pleased (and surprised) that my husband tried it and agreed to continue doing it with me. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.
