Yoga is new to me and at 67 I figured I would give it a try. I have to say I enjoy and look forward to doing a video each day. There are eight different workouts and I especially love the one for joints since it has decreased pain in my hip and back. I have recommended gentle yoga to my friends on facebook and have communicated how much I enjoy Cat Kabira as an instructor to all my friends. Since retirement I have tried to focus on wellness. This is yoga? I needed a video to lead me through rotating my joints? Terrible.

I love the videos. I am 66 years old, diabetic and overweight. I have tried other exercise videos and classes but they always move too fast for me to follow. I have always been somewhat uncoordinated when it came to physical movement. BUT, the Gentle Yoga works for me. I feel energized, able to move my body better with less discomfort, and I am starting to move on with Yoga Flow so that I get 30 to 45 minutes of Yoga, lifting some handweights, exercising my legs and walking for about an hour of exercise. I have the first video moves (for the joints) memorized so I do this every day. It makes such a difference in how I feel. And I can do many of the moves throughout the day if I am very busy or traveling. This is the first time I have found something I can do consistently and with enthusiasm. Am looking forward to improving and developing my yoga stretches! Well worth the cost.

I have just started these exercises. They seem very thorough so far and go slowly enough so the instruction doesn't feel rushed. I have fibromyalgia, so going slow is my speed! For pain in joints and muscles. I hope it will help me have a more comfortable life in the body I have been dealt.

For someone who has taken to little time for self this is a great way to begin. Maybe if I am faithful and practice regularly I will regain an inch in height from what I have lost over the years. Would definitely recommend getting the DVD's. Definitely worth it!!

I love the Gentle Yoga Video Series. I try to use it every day. It addresses major issues, joints, neck and shoulders, back etc. My hands and wrists showed an IMMEDIATE improvement. The demonstrator is clear and concise and really displays her love of yoga. I think the price was really good. I purchased both internet and dvds.
