My husband and I love the DVD. Bali is beautiful and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. We have been searching for a yoga DVD and have finally found it!

I just got my DVD's last week and have only worked 4 out of 8 of the programs so far. I really enjoyed the programs that I have done. I found them to be effective for my level of fitness, clearly explained and easy to follow and highly effective. I would definitely recommend them and will likely purchase more DVDs in the series.

I have done 6 of the videos and am very pleased. She is a great instructor who takes the time to explain everything and shows different variations. Since I have take yoga classes for many years in the past, I was expecting more of a flow routine. These are more of an instructional video for beginners. You still can tell that you are working muscles that you have used for a while. However, that did not stop me from buying the flow series. I am looking forward to starting those. I'd like to see her do videos that are longer. It seems you just get started and they are over. Of course, shavasana is a wonderful way to end the class.

I am 64, so I thought I would fit the demographic for this yoga routine. However, I guess I should think of myself as much younger; this isn't what I was looking for. It's nowhere near enough of a challenge for my body.

Finally! A beginners yoga series that I could really stay with! Kat is a superb instructor and helps you to connect to your body in a way that I have been searching for through many different classes and instructors. I am 59 and have a fairly sedentary desk job, so I have become quite stiff and inflexible over the years. I really look forward to waking up each morning and practicing with Kat in her beautiful Bali background and relaxing music. Even after the first session I could feel a difference in my back and joints. If you've always wanted to develop a yoga practice, but have been unable to keep up with the rest of the class while they stand on their heads and twist themselves into painful poses, look no further! This is the series for you! The cost of the series (I chose the online option) is more than reasonable considering the results! I plan to continue to move forward with the flow series and am looking forward to a deep and meaningful yoga practice. I can't express enough how much I recommend this yoga series!!

I absolutely love this series of simple yoga. I love Kat's clarity and simplicity and demonstration of a myriad of benefits with each session . I asked for this for my 70th birthday December 27, 2016 and it is one of the most helpful resources in my spiritual journey going into a most exciting decade of life ❤️

At 74 years of age with virtually no experience with Yoga, I am delighted that I can do as much as I'm able to. Just beginning my path to achieving flexibility through yoga and I'm looking for reaching a healthier me. Thank you..

I was referred by a friend who mentioned that modifications in movements were given. So true. Being 69 and out of shape makes moving even normally an effort. This video is instructive, relaxing and makes it possible for anyone in any shape to be able to do all the moves. Follow instructions and in no time you will see/feel the difference for the better. Recommending it to all my friends. A stranger is only a friend that we have not met yet.
