I like the video but I feel there is too much talking in between to get a good workout. Good points tho, but as you're practicing its nice to keep moving!

I think I am going to like it. Haven't had time to do more than the first lesson, but plan to do them in the New Year. I have had a house full of company and have not had time or privacy to do anything!!

I love the gentle yoga DVDs!! I started by going through each one in sequence. I really needed help with balance and now do that one every day. I am doing much better with my balance after daily practice. In addition I will pick one of the others to do. A couple more of my favorites are the one for the joints and neck and shoulders. When I get through each one I feel so much better especially those two. Cat is very detailed when describing the poses which helps make sure you are doing them correctly. She also explains what they are good for. She gives us a variety of ways to do the poses based on what a person can do. Was definitely worth the money!

I like the Videos very much - they are a good pace for someone who has no experience with yoga and/or has not been working out in any way. They are great for any muscle/joint/body issues that accompany aging. That said - I don't really like the proportion of "individual joint" concentration compared to overall yoga. Spending 40 minutes on neck and shoulders teaches you the best yoga positions for those areas, but does not give a well-rounded yoga session. I would really appreciate a couple more yoga-flow sessions using several of the different body area stretches. I will probably use the first few videos very seldom, but use the last one a lot.

I am loving the Gentle Yoga Video Series. I have to admit I was quite sceptical at the get go. I have two crushed vertebrae and no amount of physio or pain killers seemed to help. Today I walked for an hour and no pain. I practise the Spinal Health Video every day. Thank you Cat.
