These are everything they said they'd be!! Easily modified as needed, with the options demonstrated, don'e slowly enough to keep up - and amazingly effective!! I had to be on the road, and i remembered enough of them to keep up in my motel room - and to do some of them while 'breaking' at a rest area. Strongly recommend them to anyone!! (I was a bit unsure, since I have a spinal fusion, well, two levels and my neck is not as flexible as it might be - but these are easy to accomplish - and how empowering to be able to do them!!)

Wonderful videos that are very true to the marketing info published about them. Definitely appropriate for anyone just starting yoga later in life, for anyone with limited flexibility, or for anyone new to yoga. I like the suggestion for props that are available in any home - no suggestions to buy "neat stuff". Instructor is very good at explaining every step, and the emphasis on mindfulness is well done. Price was appropriate, quality was excellent. I was able to do every pose - and with other videos and often cannot do a number of them.

I really do love each of the videos. My whole body is very stiff after a long illness and this is helping me to limber up a little and I've only done each video once so far. After building up to the final video, my only disappointment is that it was another very short session. I was hoping for something a little longer or maybe even slightly more challenging. For now, it's just what I need.

I am almost 70 am in pretty good shape for my age. I had not done yoga for several years and wanted to get back into doing it. My DVD 's that I had used previously were a bit hard to do. I am not as flexible as I used to be doing yoga. I have done your series & love them. I am able to do the moves completely. Each day I feel a little more flexible & feel a great workout ! Thank Youfor this series

I just started with my videos and love them. It has been a long time since I did yoga. I was noticing stiffness and soreness in my joints. After the first video on "Joints" I could tell a difference. I look forward to completing the set and doing this every morning in my home office. I love that she is very conscious of the limitations some may have and provides alternatives. I also love that she also provides options to be more advance if your body is able. I am very pleased.

I am disappointed as the talking time before the actual movement time is too long. The warm up is looking at the teacher standing and talking. This is so common with other yoga videos I have experienced. I don't care where the teacher is located. Bali or Hawaii- it doesn't matter! She/he could be anywhere in front of a palm tree for all I know.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm 56, have bone spurs in my cervical spine and used to take yoga classes in my 20's. I'm getting more stiff and losing mobility with each passing year even with a walking regime. I needed specific poses and stretches for each area of my body. The instructor is wonderful, easy to understand, and down to earth. I feel like I will be using these dvds the rest of my life.

I really like this Yoga series. I have always been reluctant to try yoga because I was afraid I couldn't do it. This is a nice gentle series that works for me.
