She talks too much. I do like the gentle yoga, although maybe a little more of a workout Her constant talking through all the sessions gets to be repetitive and distracting. Otherwise good.

I cannot express how delighted I am, with these CD's. I now have a routine of starting off every morning with my practice. My 1st morning was ok, but being 73 years old, my range of motion was not so good, but after just 1 week I am truly amazed at what I can do. Parts of my body that have moved well for some time, are actually moving without pain. I am excited to think were I will be in the coming months! Thank you so very much, and Cat is the best teacher ever! If I can do this, anyone can.

I think the instructor went a little far in the instruction video but for women in their 80's, this might be necessary. I did like the videos so my satisfaction level is high. Thank you, Lynne

I have done the whole series and I love it. I started again on the Day One Video--Joints. It has helped me with my back pain and my balance. The videos are not too long and I can fit them in my day. I hope other people are enjoying this series as much as I am.

Chair Yoga is perfect! Gentle and easy to follow along it is beautifully done. And it is a real bargain because it covers Joints, neck, shoulders, wrists and jaw, hips, legs and balance. Kat carefully explains how along with why and gives very helpful suggestions for modifications if needed. I love it!

A valuable series of videos that provide a great start to yoga and to sustained health improvement. I have completed the 8 days and found many of the exercises highly achievable and immediately beneficial, and some to work further with over time. I look forward to repeating the series and developing my own sequences, and perhaps even combining with deep listening skills as well. Maintaining the regularity of practice will be important, and replaying the videos will be crucial for this! Thank you so much for this great life enhancing product.

I'm on day 6. I've never done any yoga in my 61 years and I'm in the process of figuring out how to breathe. I like the focus on each area of my body with the knowledge to do only what is comfortable for me at this time. I would recommend this first time yoga students.

I really like the dvd because you can always find half an hour sometime during the day to practise I have never done anything like this online or by dvd i find that when i put the dvd on it is really relaxing and i can switch into yoga mode quite easily thanks for a new way of being regards Sherri
