Terrific series. Very gentle and accessible; however, after the first session I was sore in surprising places! Guess that means deep muscles were awakened out of their complacency. This first big lesson continues to remind me that deceivingly simple poses throughout a gentle, light-hearted practiced are doing substantive work! And although I am practicing in the privacy of my home, I sense a community of hearts engaging right along with me. Thank you for this wonderful series.

Have only started as I have not long been out of hospital what I've done seems great so will look forward to continuing with the all the program. Will the program remain on the net or do I need to buy the DVD's?

Fantabulious. I've done two sessions and love the video. We keep moving along, at a pleasant pace and time flies. I am energized after each session so far. I'm currently traveling and can even use some of the moves while on my plane. Great job producing this video.

I have had problems doing yoga prior to this, even the so called easy versions. I have spinal arthritis and fibromyalgia. This series is such a gentle form of stretching I don't have problems during or pain afterward. Each of the series, focuses on particular body parts, and then there is a combined flow at the end. I haven't even done that one, because I keep going back the joints, upper body, and spine to get relief from pain. The teacher, though young herself, has an understanding of how to use blocks and other tools to support the body carefully.

I am enjoying the series of videos. I have had both knees replaced within the last year, so for me, some of the poses are difficult and I have to do alternate methods - but I am getting stronger as I practice and will definitely continue a daily routine.

I tried the first session for joints. I must have done too much as my sciatica has been enflared for 4 days. I will try to start over next week, with the same session and go much lighter on the twisting. I didn't bother my arthritic hip too much so I came out OK there.

I am very pleased with the yoga teaching, the quality of the video and audio. It's great that there are substitutions for buying props and also teaching how to make it easier if the pose is too difficult for some. I've had a knee replacement and I'm feeling so much better in just a few weeks. Not only is it age appropriate, but good for some beginners as well. My 23 year old daughter is doing it with me. Thanks for an awesome product that is certainly worth the money.
