Love the gentle yoga video! In just a few days I already feel less stressed in my body, it's gentle and soothing. The music and setting is serene. The teacher is positive and motivational and has a happy, pleasant voice. Very happy!

I have only had time to look at two of the videos but they were excellent. When I do the lower back video it always helps me!

The Yoga series is very easy to sign in to each day, (one click for the on-line access) with a simple menu relating to a specific body part (Hips, Legs, Shoulders etc) and time line. The classes are very helpful to me. I'm not 60 but I've had 4 major abdominal surgeries over the years, as well as major back surgery a couple of years ago. I needed to build my core from scratch, and 3 weeks after starting, this gentle series is helping me do that! My goal was simple...build strength in my core so I can a) role over without pain. b) get up from the floor without using my hands. c) experience less pain walking. I am well on my way. Instead of painfully rolling onto my hands and knees and grabbing on to something to get up from the floor, I can roll up, and using one hand, get off the floor with no pain! This is only 3 weeks in of doing this practice every day. It seems very easy, but it is profound. The instructions are given clearly, with enough variation for different body issues that I'm sure I'll be using it for a long time, while still challenging myself! I've found other courses expect far too much and caused me to injure myself by pushing too hard, too fast. Thank you for the wonderful way I feel each day participating in this amazing practice!

Hi , I will send you a feedback in one moth time . To be honest I haven't started the regular practice yet( I am traveling now ) but when I will be back home I certainly will I even can say I am looking forward in doing it :) best regards Magda

I am very much enjoying this series of gentle yoga classes. They are a perfect compliment to my more active twice weekly in-person classes. I like the kind energy of the instructor and the beautiful setting they are produced in.

I am extremely impressed. I watched my first session this morning and couldn't be happier. The instructor was interactive without talking down to me, and she kept moving along. I can't wait to try the next session. I already feel my joints calling for more!

I love these videos. I have had others in the past, but these are by far the best. The exercises are simple and easy to do, don't take a lot of time, and make me feel great! I love having the reminders that I don't have to do it perfect and to only do as much as my body allows. The setting is beautiful, instruction is first class and easy to understand. I highly recommend these if you are interested in becoming stronger and more flexible or just want to move your body in a different way.
