I have just recently started using, but it is very easy to follow. I haven't been through all of the exercises sequences yet but I would recommend. Having exercised off and on all of my life, I was looking for something that was not so hard on joints. Thanks, Dionne

I think it's pretty good tape, nice teacher, lovely setting. I do think it's way too expensive and the quality of the filming is not great.

Love the instructor and the practice. Hope there will be more! I used to attend classes at a yoga studio but it got too expensive and I stopped going. I missed it terribly. Now I can plug these classes in at my convenience and enjoy my yoga practice once again.

Hi Margaret, I love the yoga program. It is convenient because it is on my iPad it is easy to access The woman who guides us is a great instructor because she gives very clear instructions which work every part of the body. She addresses all levels from beginner to experienced. This program is especially good for those who need a daily dose of yoga.

Today, for the first time I had the opportunity to watch the introductory session and spend about 20 minutes following the joint session. I must admit both sides of my arthritic lower back are letting me know about the twisting and turning. I am not, however, about to quit. Having grown older working with elderly off and on for about 35 years, I know it may take awhile to obtain the results I am looking for. Several years ago I attended a few Yoga session through a local community school class and was very disappointed. Even then the instructor worked much too quickly. I believe this product will slowly help my body become more supple and perhaps even heal some of the problem areas. In fact, I was about to sign up for a Yoga class through an local Older Learners program when I ran across information on-line about this program. Having the opportunity to stay at home and not take time to dress, go elsewhere, then return home appealed to me. I spend many hours volunteering at our church whose mission is feeding our neighbors in need. Utilizing this program will not only save time, but also money in the long run as it can be used over and over instead of signing up for course after course. Thanks so much for putting together what I believe is an excellent program of great value in many ways. Pat

I have been in almost constant pain for over a year and just recently found out I have a bone spur in my lumbar spine. I had already ordered the videos prior to finding out about the bone spur. After having only gone thru each session once so far, I've already experienced a tremendous relief from pain and my massage therapist said that she was able to get much better releases because I practiced the breathing techniques I learned, while she was doing the massage this past time. I'm sold on these and have already told several people about them. The slow, easy stretching and breathing have done wonders!

A number of years ago I got a staph infection that settled in my joints causing septic arthritis. I've had one knee and one hip replaced since then and still need the other knee and hip and one shoulder fixed but I'm poor. Last summer I got an infection that crippled me even more and I am now walking with a cane and a lot of pain. I came across this series and, while I have bought other yoga materials in the past few years, decided to try this. Good move! Cat is amazing. She gives alternatives to buying expensive props. She gives alternatives for all poses from very beginner to more advanced. I find that I cannot even do some of the very basics, but her gentle coaxing and acceptance of doing what you can have me doing just that. I do the Cat series every-other-day. In between I have a routine that I've been doing for a while that works for me but wasn't moving me along, just keeping me mobile. So now I'm moving along. I find myself standing and sitting straighter. Occasionally I can walk without my cane. I know that with practice I will be more and more flexible and healthy. Thank you. to sixty-and-me and more, thank you Cat. All the other videos I've bought are really too much and don't allow for injury and weakness. Cat does and just teases me along to do the best I can without overdoing and injury. I can't say thank you enough. If I could afford it I'd send this to a lot of people.

I have studied yoga for about 15 years - most of that time in good health, but for the past 5 years with some injury and arthritis. The most frustrating aspect of the latter was not being able to do yoga as before, and I searched for a yoga program that would be helpful and not put me in danger of further injury. Well, I have to say that this is it. It is gentle enough to use daily and yet provides progression to move forward as you can. The focused videos are a great way to do something a bit different each day - I now do one or two a day. The instructor is very good and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the reminders that your body may feel different from one day to the next - so listen to it and accommodate. To be honest, I think this is the best series that I have tested. Thank-you for getting me back to m y yoga practice.
