The DVD's are wonderful. I have been practicing yoga for about six years. Last summer I had a partial knee replacement and I've found that I just can't do as much as I would like to in the yoga class that I take each week. This program has given me the opportunity to keep going with great stretching and movement. Because I've been doing yoga for a while I can add things or do more with a pose if I want to. It's simple enough that I can do it every day band I have a great sense of well-being when I'm finished. Thank you so much for developing this class, your instructor is perfect, Cat is such a gentle spirit.

I loved the videos,most of all love your joy and understanding of yoga. I am a nurse that has practiced for over 30 years integrating Holistic nursing for the last 5 years. I have taken Yoga Nursing, and currently in the 200 hour yoga certification program. I am 60 years old, I am not looking to teach excercise. My goal is yoga awareness. The video is wonderful and will really benefit not only myself but others. Thank you.

I was happy to finally find a true beginners yoga instructional video. What I particularly like about this one is that it makes no assumptions about your fitness level. Instructions are given for the basic moves with information about modifying if needed. The instructor is very knowledgeable, easy to follow, calming. The setting in Bali is beautiful and restful in itself. Each video emphasizes a different area of the body, and by the end of the week you're feeling fabulous and ready to start it all again!

I love the videos. I have more flexibility, I can do as many sessions as I want, work thro them at my own pace and re-do the ones I am most interested in improving on. I received my videos about February and when I started golfing in the spring, I have not swung the club like that for several years. Have recommended to several of my friends to start them. Two do them on -line. Thank you so much. so enjoy them. will be doing them daily over the winter. Now, daily I catch myself, doing the breathing when I walk, Shoulders DOWN, really has made a difference .

I am enjoying your gentle Yoga exercises. I use the CD’s more often than the online videos. I have taken Yoga for Seniors before. I felt it would nice to have the lessons at home so I would be able to do the poses more than the once a week classes. I think they are well done and appreciate the effort to make them usable for all people who may have physical problems. I’m in my 70’s and in good health so the limitations are mostly stiffness from age. I do have a couple of suggestions that might make your videos more useful. I realize that the explanations of how to do a pose are necessary, but these seem rather long. Since these videos are to be used over and over again, Cat’s long explanations use up quite a bit of time. It would be nice to have 3 or 4 of the flow Yoga lessons that give you a total stretch over the whole body.

I have been doing yoga for some time, but due to a few new physical limitations, I am finding it too difficult to attend studio classes. So I have developed a home practice which I do every day...10 minutes to an hour, depending on the day. I don't sign on to the video series often, because I have watched the routines, taken notes and included many of them in my own home routine. They were all excellent. Many older women are afraid to try yoga and this is a perfect series to choose, at a very good price.

I can't tell you how excited I was when I discovered your website and viewed the yoga introduction. This is the first time, in many years, that I've truly enjoyed doing yoga and have had no trouble keeping up! As an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach I'm always looking for different options of movement to refer my clients to and your Gentle Yoga series is something I feel very comfortable recommending to my clients, and have done so already!

I am enjoying the yoga series greatly. The CDs arrived very quickly and the quality is excellent. I have done yoga for many years, but since being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I simply cannot do what I used to do. Your encouragement and manner are very helpful to me, and I look forward to spending time with you each morning.
