This has got to be the best yoga sessions I have ever come across! It could very well be due to my neck and spine issues diagnosed 3 years ago. You do no need expensive equipment unless you wish to have them, but Kat will give you alternative choses to make the poses easier on you. The flow of these poses very easy to do and you really feel refreshed and empowered after each session. The sessions are unlike other yoga videos that has poses that can be hard to accomplish and the pace being too fast. I have improved greatly with my mobility since I started the Gentle Yoga series and I know anyone and everyone can benefit from them. They are well worth the price and the amount of time for each is not overwhelming. You receive more sessions for the reasonable price than most that don't contain the number of sessions that Gentle Yoga has but will end up costing you more.

I love the gentle yoga series. I haven’t gotten through all of them yet, but the ones I have I like very much. Cat is such a sweetheart, I love her. I have taken care of patients in the Cardiovascular operating room as a clinical perfusionist for 39 years. I retired on April 22 and I am finally taking the time to take care of me. I especially like the head and neck poses. As you know, we tend to carry stress in our shoulders, I have 40 years of stress that my massage therapist has never been able to help with. I think I hit the jackpot with yoga! I have attended yoga classes in the past and never stayed with it due to the strenuous poses. I needed something like your gentle yoga to get me started. Thank you for doing what you do, it’s a good thing!

I have been doing some beginner yoga at home for about a year, and although I have one video set I like, also have some that just don't work well for me. They are either too limited (for very immobile people) or too difficult for a 67 year old never athletic type lady! I was hesitant to purchase another set of videos that might disappoint me. Wrong! These are a wonderful addition to my other routine. The poses are a bit slower, but really target certain areas of the body. You think you are doing nothing, but oh what you feel later is amazingly effective. The instructor's tone is pleasant but not condescending. The optional pose variations provide potential for progress, and these videos really make me feel good. Thank you!

I've taken yoga classes on and off over the years an could never get fully engaged in the practice. When I discovered this video I was really impressed with the way the instructor explained the poses and how grounded she was in her own body. It helped me relax and take in the "real" experience of yoga. I feel that the value of the product is excellent as I'm able to steam it whenever I want to and for the additional cost of $10 was able to purchase the DVD's, which I have shared with several people. So far everyone has really enjoyed the series and all of us are continuing to do the yoga every day!

I love this yoga class! I ordered the online access and it is excellent. I set my laptop on the coffee table and work out on my living room floor, which is fortunately carpeted. It is very convenient and I don't have to travel anywhere. Thank you so much for including this yoga series on your wonderful website. I very much like all that you offer here as all the articles provide thoughtful insights into the issues we ladies in our 60s encounter on a daily basis. Your emails open a treasure trove of information, encouragement, and hope!
