“Wrong scooter delivered. Was told just to print out form and go to post office to send it back, easy! No it wasn’t easy with 3 kids. Had to go to find a printer to print off form as I don’t have one, then had to get parents to babysit 3 kids, had to line up at post office a week before Xmas, then go pick up kids. Took almost 2hrs on a Saturday for me and was such an inconvenience but was kept being told ‘all you need to do is’. Next time maybe offer a courier if it is your mistake?”
