Thank you for your further scores which help us determine what went wrong/right. Sorry to hear you do not think the apartment was value for money, this is quite disheartening. It's perhaps due to your thoughts on the kitchen which we shall be looking into.<br/><br/>We have now agreed for specialist cleaners to come in every weekend for changeover to ensure the cleanliness is of the highest standard. <br/><br/>As a self catering guest we do not offer any resort staff except for welcoming you and the exchange of keys. Of course if there are issues then someone is there to help. Our staff are predominantly there for our catered guests who have paid for the full Ski Peak experience including our acclaimed cuisine.
