“The staff were excellent. We were a bit concerned about having to get a bus transfer to the lift but I can honestly say we never had to wait once. Cat was amazing. Also the food was beyond expectations. Mike (our chef) was so passionate about his craft and we were the lucky beneficiaries! The chalet had quite a small communal area for two families but it didn?t create any problems. Loved having the open fire!”

“Chalet very comfortable - only comment would be that sitting room is open to the hallway and a bit small for 8. Location means a mini bus lift to the cable car and back in the evenings: this is very well organised by Ski Peak.”

“See above general review. Minus 1 star for following- Fridge fan very noisy due to ice build up. Small things provided in a self catering chalet would have been better- washing up liquid, sponges, cooking oil, salt pepper, chopping knife. However once we asked for some of the items they were provided in 12 hours. We bought the rest. Cheesecake left in fridge from previous residents. Old socks left under the bed in one room. Private access to the store was important as we were keeping our valuable bikes there..it was shared with some of the chalet staff. Minor points of feedback..”

Thank you very much for you detailed feedback - Apologies about the left over cheesecake and sock, this is not acceptable! The bike storage area can easily fit 12 bikes normally suffices for the two chalets but we understand that bikes these days can be very expensive and people desire secure locations. It's very helpful to hear these things to ensure that they do not happen again.
