“Food mostly very good - slightly too much emphasis on desserts - didn't really want three desserts (including sorbet)”

We allow our staff a lot of freedom when it comes to food as we trust in their skill set (rigorous hiring process and training at the beginning of the season). We apologies if you felt it was over done. Sometimes a gentle word is all that is needed!
