Ski Peak have still got it. Although they have changed much over the years, their can-do attitude and willingness go A LONG way.

Lovely to hear everything was as expected, we hope to hear from you again in the near future.
If this is the new Saskia, then you need to manage the expectations of returning guests I?m afraid. It?s still great but it?s not as great. That?s ok by the way, but don?t sell it as being like it has been for the last few years

Thank you. I'm sure you can appreciate that before the staff are in place and we have had a few weeks under our belts, for all intends and purposes, we sure hope to be as great! Nevertheless, you are quite right and we have now adapted the website as suggested to reflect this. We very much hope to see you return this coming season!

Very pleased to see your thoughts on these areas. Thank you once again.
They were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very nice, but the delivery of it was very slow. We waited up to 45 minutes for breakfast to be served in the morning, which when I have paid a lot of money to go skiing for is frustrating as I had to sit there desperate to go out skiing - or go out skiing hungry. In the evening the wait between courses was far too long - I don't personally want to sit at the table for 2.5 hours for dinner (which was not started until 8.30pm to start with), although the food was delicious. For me, the endless waiting for food spoiled what was otherwise a great holiday.

Thank you for your thoughts on these areas. If the food delivery was quicker, perhaps some other areas would naturally improve too.
