“It's like you're at home and comfortable ... nothing jars, everything is as you'd like it to be and the staff will always go that extra mile if asked. The single occupancy charge always hurts. Whilst it seems to have become the industry norm, it's a bit of a rip off when rooms are empty after the market has declined in recent years.”
