“I was intrigued by an oil in gel formulation. I love that I can wet my face, and this turns into a milk, or I can apply this to my face directly while my face is dry to use it as an oil cleanser. It does a nice job of getting makeup off, but I may add an Elta MD toner just for an added layer of makeup removal. This has kept my skin soft!”
