“placed my order on 9/1/15, and received this request to review my item on 9/8/15. However, I have never received my order, or an email that it was shipped or backordered.”

I show you placed your order on Sept. 1st at 5:36 pm which is nearly an hour after the last pickup time for the post office. You can tell from the tracking number that the Post Office processed your package at 10:44pm the same evening as we do hand deliver some later packages on certain sale days to the Post Office even after hours. “I have been looking for a claw/talon ring for a few months now, and when I saw this for sale on the Tuesday sale, I knew I had to have it. It fits great. It is nice and heavy, and the detailing is nice. I love the heavily oxidized details. It's a great price, very affordable for such a showy ring.”
