We checked your tracking number https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9400110200829503297471 and it shows the your package just arrived in Providence, RI at 12:19am. If you review the tracking number it shows you ordered on Feb. 9th at 5:36pm which is almost 1-hour after the daily pickup from the Post Office. Your order was picked up at 2:12pm on the 10th which was roughly 18 hours after you placed your order. While most packages are received with 2-3 days we did have a National Holiday as well as the weekend and the Post Office was closed for Sunday as well as for President's Day so we are suspect that is why they have not delivered your order. If you do not have your order within the next 3 business days please contact us and we will be more then happy to reship you a new ring.
