“Change order system needs improvement. Was gonna purchase several rings. Ordered wrong size ring..for wrong hand and realized it wasn't correct size. Sent change size within ,10 minutes.. didn't happen. Filed it larger by hand. Quick to get order..slow to make changes almost immediately after. Disappointed with comments received back days later. Couldn't make change !”
