“I have not received my rings as a matter of fact my tracking records indicated that it was supposed to be delivered on the Oct 2 . Then I saw the carrier had rerouted back in shipping very suspicious. I’ve contacted the owner and I still have yet to get a valid explanation why my package is missing . Also why I haven’t gotten a replacement he’s responsible for delivery not me !! Talking about there’s nothing he can do about it .. nonsense !!! Get it resolved immediately”

You placed your order last Wednesday which was the 27th of September at 10:50pm. Cutoff for same-day shipping is 2:00pm. This means your order was shipped the next day which was Thursday the 28th of Sept. Here is your tracking number again: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?strOrigTrackNum=9400111206238717617738 The order was shipped to: Trevous Millhouse GLP 1872 Via Entrada Rowland Heights , California 91748 It looks like the package is being returned to us. We will not know why until we get the package back. We cannot send a replacement until we get the first package back as it would not make sense to send a new package if it is an address issue on your end. This was all explained to you, sorry if we somehow miscommunicated this.
