“Though I am happy with the appearance of Al the rings I received, every single one of them is off on the sizing. I verified with two ring sizes before ordering and all cam in on the small size. And after looking at the return policy for a ridiculous $6+ for each item that needs exchanged...(to cover shipping)...I figured I'd cut my losses. All of my rings shipped in a small envelope that I'm sure didn't cost more than a couple dollars. Seems like bad practice to me.”

I am very sorry if you feel the sizes are off. We have 1,000's of testimonials from people all over the World who say the sizes are spot on. Having said that we do make mistakes and if the ring is not the correct size you do not have to pay the return shipping and handling fee. You only need to pay the return s/h fee if you ordered the wrong size. We use to only sell wholesale and when we started selling to direct to the public about 2-years ago the return s/h was free but some people abused it so we were forced to come up with a fair price to cover the s/h. As far as the return s/h fee please go to your local post office and see if they will return the items "for a few dollars." You will see that they cannot do it for "a few dollars" especially if you want the package tracked as yours was. We have a 30-day refund policy as well as a 1-year exchange.

“I received a wedding band that's silver and gold. Very nice and size 12 for the wedding finger. Good quality! Next was a women's finger ringer with matching earrings. Looks nice but not something I would wear!”

“The rings were just as expected. The sizes were right on the money. The shipping went off without a hitch. I'm very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this company. The only negative thing for this experience for me is the free ring was an inbetween size for any of my fingers and it wasn't tapered which would be my choice but hey, that's not gonna bother me when I'm cruising down the highway on my Heritage Softail. Cheers.”
