“I purchased this for my husband and this is MY FAVORITE item by far! All the items we have purchased from here are solid, quality pieces that you will be very pleased with. Quick shipping/receipt of items as well. You won'the be disappointed .... Our only challenge is figuring out how to get the cuff on my husband! His wrist is wide & narrow and we can't seem to figure out how to get it on properly; I have no problem but we cant't seem to get it on his wrist. We had quite a good laugh trying to figure out what we are doing wrong but I can get it on me no problem but my wrist is not as wide.”

Correction. It took over 15-days to receive your return items. After we both thought the Post Office had lost your return we went up and beyond and replaced the items at NO cost to you. Only after we sent our replacement items did we receive the returned items from the Post Office.
