You had to spend over $49 to qualify for a free piece of jewelry. While you had $49+ in your cart you used a coupon code which took you under $49 so the free item was removed.

“So... I've given a 2 stars here. The reason is cuz this is the second time I've received a free gift and chosen a ring and received instead a necklace. I'm not complaining cuz the quality of your jewelry is a 5 star for sure.”

Sorry for the confusion but in order to qualify for a free piece of jewelry you had to spend over $49. You had over $49 in your cart but then used a code which took your total to $40.85 with free shipping and no tax after using the code.
