Daniel, not sure why you felt the need to post this anonymously. Here is your info based on your order number: Daniel Loden 200 S.Foster St Linden, Texas 75563 903-665-0088 bigdant50@gmail.com And yes the owner of the company called you and explained to you that you did not qualify for a free piece of jewelry because you did not spend the required minimum of $49 Not sure why you cannot understand this. We have emailed you, left you a voicemail and now responded to you here on the reviews site. Once again the promo is if you SPEND $49 or more a free piece of jewelry will be added to your order. You did have over $49 in your cart BUT then used a coupon code which took the order UNDER $49. The owner even offered you a free piece of jewelry which you declined.

“Here's the response I got from the owner or manager makes their employees sound like they dont know how to do their job. Sorry you did not like the free item. After looking at your order I see you did not even qualify for a free item due to you using a discount code and spending under the $49 required to get a free item. When this happens the folks in shipping are suppose to NOT send an item. Looks like they instead sent you the lowest cost item they could find just so you did get something for free even though you did not qualify for it. I will be speaking with them shortly and let them know this is not OK. So shipping sent me the lowest cost item which is junk basically. So they wanted me to revise my review, but after reading their reply I opt to not revise it but show u all their response. Junk”
