“Your products are awesome. Please find a way to give customers an option to use some other shipper than USPS. They pretty much suck at everything they do. FedEx Ground is pretty cheap, I think UPS also has a lower cost option. A lot of customers would probably be willing to pay a few bucks to use a reliable shipper.”
