“Well, first of all, I had no issues communicating with problems I have had with the delivery. What happened was I somehow managed to put my neighbors address instead of my address. I was 3312 and they were 3313. I blame me buying this at 4am while watching a movie and rushed the purchase. SJ mailed me a new order and payed for shipping which was amazing for them! I was ok with paying for shipping since I do take the blame for the wrong address. I got my necklace and it looks amazing! I’ve wear it every time I’m not working and it is sturdy and no pieces have broke off. The customer service is good at responding but make sure you tell them exactly what is going on. I do however wish I got a bigger chain cause of my big head! Thank you again SJ for everything and I look forward with doing business with y’all again!”
