“The dice were for my 15 year old son. He loves them. We also loved the followup creative emails sent confirming my purchase and shipping. I have NEVER received anything from any other company equalling this kind of customer service and marketing (not even Disney World who are masterful at making you feel as though you've entered another world.) I don't know who came up with that idea, but they need a raise!!
