“Refer to Order # 12688: I placed this order on July 7th as a birthday gift for my son-in-law AND paid an EXTRA amount ($32.73) to have this shipped via Priority International Mail (to Canada) in time for his birthday on July 21st with a "suppose to arrive in 3 to 5 days". To date - July 23rd, this has not arrived. Attempts by me to track it whereabouts through the tracking methods of email and text via the US Postal Service only tracked it until July 13th in New Jersey. I have not heard anything in the past 1-1/2 weeks from them. WHERE IS MY ORDER?? Based on this unfortunate incident, I am requesting you credit me with the $32.73 I paid for an expedited service that obviously has not happened.
