“Three of four issued have broken in the same place where the plastic end / blade cover snaps into the handle. The production area where used is a very repetitive assembly line where small cases are cut open (rather than flaps opened due to the design of these customer product cartons). I don't think the design is durable enough for this application.”

“This is an excellent product. You don't have to hold the blade in place while using. Cuts well and smoothly. I would buy this again for sure.”

“Cutter is great for cutting tape on boxes, but is unable to cut plastic bands on heavier boxes.”
