“The product works very good. The spring that retracts the blade has broken on at least three knives, also the piece the covers the spare blades is not very secure. It tends to fall of the handle during use.”

“Blade works very well on corrugated boxes, tape and other packaging materials. The design puts the blade at the proper angle for best cutting performance and protects your hand from paper cuts at the same time. The cutter is bigger than I expected so it did take some time to get used to it. You can put the handle in your back pocket so that it is easy to "find". The price is a little high, but the benefits and true cost are probably worth it if you really do a complete evaluation. Eliminating work place cuts and lost time is a big benefit for most companies. This is worth taking a look at.”

“The knives work great, although if they were a little more durable to being dropped it would be helpful. We are using them in a production plant that has cement flooring so when dropped they knives can sometimes be damaged. Otherwise they have been a great tool for us.”
