“Slice makes great products and I've now bought several. They're solidly constructed and feel good in the hand. The ceramic blades work well and last a long time. I didn't realize that the auto-retractable blade does not stay out - you need to keep your thumb on the button. I'm sure this is a great safety feature but did not work well for me trying to scrape the soot off my woodstove door window (hence the 4 stars, but if you want that auto feature, I'd give it 5 stars). However, the company was great, responded immediately, and got me a manual scraper that locks the blade out (definitely 5 stars for customer service).”
