“Very functional items. My box cuter is better than a knife which was getting dulled by the cardboard. Small slicers are really helpful.”

“The small black and orange cutter isn't sharp after one or 2 uses. Also, I can figure out the locking slider. It doesn't seem to lock in any of the 4 positions.”

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! I have sent an email regarding the materials you are using our Mini Cutter to cut through - Slice blades last up to 11 times longer than traditional blades, however with excessive side load or cutting on a counter like granite, the blade will dull extremely quickly. The 'locking' feature is there for replacement blade purposes - once the blade is ready to be replaced, you can unlock to casing using the lock feature, pull the casing apart and switch the blade around.
