‍Hello Hamish, We would like to apologize for your recent experience. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with your products not being delivered yet. We have been experiencing a lot of delays due to the Covid-19 issue specially with our orders going to Canada. Good news is that we setup our new Ontario Canada warehouse this week and I was able to reship your order out of this warehouse with priority shipping which should be much faster then shipping it from US. You will receive a new tracking number very shortly. Also if you do end up receiving the additional 2 boxes from the first shipment please go ahead and keep them free of charge.
