Unfortunately the pole broke and the tent fabric ripped on the third day os use on our vacation. Additionally the fan did not circulate air well and the interior got quite warm.”

“We love our slumber pods sooo much! We had to buy a second one for our new baby to have, because we still use one for our 2 year old when he needs to sleep in a pack n play. They are the best for travel, naps at grandparents’ houses, or even just giving them their own “space” in our primary bedroom. We recommend the Slumber Pod to anyone having a baby, one of our top baby products!!”

“My niece tells me that the first nap her four month old son took in his SlumberPod I sent them was the first 3 hour nap he had taken in his life! She liked that it has the fan, and the pockets for the baby monitor. Her toddler daughter also took a 3 hour nap in her crib, because she was not woken up by her brother. They both woke up in good spirits, whereas they would normally wake up cranky. So happy for the whole family.”
“The tent was great! Our 16 month old slept amazing with us in the same room. However, if I had it to do over I would not have bought the version with the fan. The fan is very cheap and doesn’t put out much air.”
“If you can avoid these folks, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The only reason I kept dealing with them is I was buying stuff for people who asked for a particular product of theirs. They canceled my first order and didn't tell me why. They canceled my second order and told me that the billing address I gave them was different from the billing address of the credit card I provided. I went to check and of course it was the same address with a slightly different formatting. Even after I explained this to customer service instead of apologizing and restoring my order they told me my address had to be exactly the same and their cancelation was correct. I never had this problem before and I wanted to warn potential other victims to stay away from these folks if you can.”
