“It’s dark but the fabrics has a smell to it. You can smell it when inside the pod. Not sure how long before it will go away it’s been 2 weeks and I can still smell it.

Occasionally, the odor issue arises when the product's logo doesn't completely "cure" before packaging, resulting in the lingering scent. Rest assured, this odor is temporary and can be easily addressed. Simply allowing the SlumberPod to air out for a day or two should suffice to dissipate the smell.
Alternatively, you can wash the product in cold water using a gentle detergent (avoiding fabric softener or bleach) and then air dry it. Please note that using a dryer may harm the monitor pouch due to the heat.
