“Horrible customer service. I paid 60$ for expedited shipping and it took 8 days to get here. When I reached out no remedies were offered, just a "im sorry to hear that... carriers messed up... we don't offer refunds" I've had several issues with this in the past with other companies and they rectify the issue especially when they charge 60$ for expedited shipping. I'm sure the product is great, but I support businesses that take care of their clientele. Won't be suggesting this to anyone moving forward”
