“Took only a few minutes for my electrician to install the fan. Super quiet and looks good. Only draw back with the fan - the site says works with Alexa - only the fan functions work with Alexa, not the light functions.”

“Attractive fan but the screws that come with it don’t work with a junction box. I had to buy a special nut to be able to attach the fan to the ceiling. This fan should come with the right screws to work with a junction box, customers should not have to buy special parts.”

Dear customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.Happy to know you like the design of our fans. We also have screws package for the installation of the fan parts. If you install the fan on a wooden ceiling, we have four screws that can be used to lock the holes of the bracket. But as for the junction/outlet box, the fan should be installed on the outlet box with the screws matching the outlet box itself. Many of our customers have different outlet boxes installed in their houses and the screws are attached to the outlet boxes too. We have a warning note on the bracket to state about the outlet box like the other companies do. Think you might miss it?
