“So excited to have these fans finally installed. They are gorgeous, I bought a total of 4. At first I had to initially call in a few days later after I ordered to find out my tracking number because it did not automatically send to me. After I called customer service they got me my two of the fab’s within 48 hours. The last set of fans were hard to find on open box so after waiting 5 days to locate the open box items- they ended up sending brand new fans at no additional cost to me. This was excellent customer service because it wasn’t just an apology- they made things better. That’s a company you can trust. I will certainly be purchasing more from this brand because they stand behind their products and services!”
